We loved every detail about our just perfect 1 night stay here. The staff was attentive & efficient. The room was neat with a large bathroom. Downstairs bar was superb and reasonably priced.

There was no lift, plus Wi-Fi signal was not good.

We loved our stay; the staff and location were amazing.

Little place, appetising food offered for full English breakfast. The units are well heated, updated.

I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. The staff and location were very good, I enjoyed it.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had great staff and rooms. The specialities were appetising and served in the nice restaurant. I had pleasant days staying at this great budget hotel.

Every part of it was ideal, I loved staff and amenities. The bonus was fresh room decor and great bar.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The stay was very lovely. Warm hotel room, it was well heated with big beds and clean bathroom.

We loved staff and location, felt like home. Set within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Spacious room, good bed and large bathroom. Easy check-out was useful. Moreover, we parked our car on site.

Glorious location, extra large bed and, of course, very honest staff. Enjoyed that the property is adjacent to the beach. The excellent service was provided in this original hotel.

Nice place to stay in Ambleside, nothing bothered me. One could dine at restaurants such as Hikers Bar 5 minutes away. It is adjacent to the airport. I enjoyed churchill inn so I would book here again;)))
